With 20 years of industry experience before launching the business, Andy saw an opportunity for a better approach to building new homes, focused on delivering thriving communities for everyone to call home. He established his company to do things differently - based on core principles of putting people and quality first and working in partnership to achieve the best outcomes.
Today, Hill remains proudly family-owned, with Andy joined by sons Greg and Tom on the executive board, and a senior leadership team driving ambitious growth and long-term success.
