    Air Source Heat Pumps

With reliable temperature controlling with the help of an air source heat pump (ASHP), our homes reduce your carbon footprint. An ASHP is a heating and cooling system that extracts heat from the outdoor air and transfers it indoors or vice versa, depending on the season. ASHP's are known for their energy efficiency, as they can provide heating or cooling using less electricity compared to traditional heating and cooling systems.

Our professional building practices ensure every detail is considered to produce homes that are greener and more affordable to run. Our partnership with Octopus Energy presents our commitment to greener technology that is better for the planet and our environmental impact by building long-lasting sustatinable homes that are fit for generations to come.

Spend Less with a newbuild home

New build homes are built to the latest environmental standards and are up to 60% cheaper to run in comparison to an older build property. On average, based on recent energy figures (July 2023) the average new build homebuyer saves £135 a month on energy bills, amounting to £1600 a year compared with purchasers of equivalent older properties due to the many energy efficient features. This saving rises to £180 a month for purchasers of houses, totalling an annual saving of £2,200.

When Libby and Jiten Patel purchased their stunning five-bedroom home at The Hill Group’s Marleigh development in Cambridge, they had no idea they were buying more than just a home for their family.

Libby explains: “If we’d known what the community was like at Marleigh, that would have been the number one draw to moving here. We were already sold on Marleigh’s other strengths and having lived in an apartment built by Hill previously; we knew the exceptional quality of the build."
