Lauren Kennett
Lauren is part of our Social Value team, ensuring we make a positive, lasting impact on every community we have the privilege to work in and loves the fact that every day is different in her role.
One day she’ll be visiting a school in Oxford delivering engaging workshops, the next day she might find herself supporting a Women into Construction (WIC) event.
My greatest achievement was winning the NHBC Seal of Excellence award in 2011. Being recognised as one of the best Site Managers in the industry was a fantastic personal achievement and something I look back upon with great pride.

Charlie HeronCharlie joined us through our Management Trainee Programme and is passionate about developing his career within the construction industry.
Charlie's biggest achievement to date is recently representing Hill at the Cambridgeshire County Day 2022. On the day, he spoke to visitors about the work Hill do both in and around the county.

Liam Kaye
Liam joined TeamHill back in September 2021, via our Management Trainee Programme and loves the everyday challenges of his role whilst interacting with people from all different walks of life but ultimately sharing the same goal of delivering a successful project.
His biggest achievement so far is getting a place on our Trainee Management Programme, growing both academically and practically, gaining key on-site experience and studying a part-time degree in construction management.
Nearing the completion of my A levels, I was not sure 100% sure what path I wanted to take, but I new I would prefer practical experience over continuing studies, Hill has enabled me to do both.
