After an award-winning year, we are more excited than ever to introduce our next intake of trainees to our company, allowing them to gain first-hand experience at our latest developments, all while earning a competitive salary and working towards a BSc (Hons) degree.

Over the past 13 years, we have supported almost 100 trainees on our programme, offering young people the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a variety of departments including surveying and site management to name a few.

During term time our trainees will typically work four days a week alongside our experienced and knowledgeable employees who will act as mentors throughout the scheme. They will also attend university once a week.

Benefits include access to a company car as individuals progress and gain more experience, trainee developments days, which in the past have included activities such as Hill’s Got Talent, and there is also no need not worry about incurring university debts. Best of all, trainees will have a guaranteed position once they graduate.
