Cambridge Investment Partnership granted planning permission for two projects!
We are delighted to announce that the Cambridge City Council’s Planning Committee has granted planning permission for two of our Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) projects.
The first project on Mill Road in Cambridge is for a first phase to develop 182 new homes, 50% of which will be affordable properties. The planning application also includes a site for a second phase, which may become home to the city’s new YMCA!
The second planning application is for Anstey Way in Trumpington, which will provide 56 new homes, all of which are affordable properties for Cambridge City Council.
The two developments will enable the Investment Partnership to deliver Cambridge City Council’s much needed target of 500 new affordable homes!
CIP is a jointly owned company formed by Hill and Cambridge City Council, which works to fund the development of council-owned land to provide a range of market and affordable housing, with commercial and community uses being considered on a site-by-site basis.
