Part of a joint venture with Homerton College, the Magna development will comprise 95 new homes, including 87 one, two and three bedroom apartments, and eight four and five bedroom houses.

Situated on Harrison Drive, the Magna site will also become home to a number of new educational facilities, including a new college campus for Abbey College, an independent sixth form college, the Open University Trust’s National Extension College, and the Cambridge Cookery School.

A new public space will also be created at Magna, which will be named ‘Homerton Gardens’ on completion, and Cambridge artist Harry Gray will be working with us to create a striking new public art project, due to be installed during the summer of 2017.
