Fish Island Village scoops Best Marketing Campaign Award at the National Housing Awards 2019!
We are delighted to announce that Fish Island Village, our joint venture with Peabody, won Best Marketing Campaign at the National Housing Awards 2019!
The campaign put in place by the marketing team ensured it reflected the developments values: vibrant, authentic and eclectic, and it championed the local creative community! Unique local artwork inspired different phases of the development, which you may have seen on the Fish Island Village website, on our brochures and hoarding, or even in the marketing suite, where we display a selection of art from local artists.
The Fish Island Village marketing campaign was a fabulous initiative that delivered amazing outcomes for a truly inspiring development that outperformed expectations. Creative talent was encouraged to influence marketing collateral, and a range of visuals from hoardings to sculptures were created by local artists who had an investment in the community, as well as providing them with an opportunity to professionally develop. The campaign is a result of a wonderful partnership, with the development offering a range of tenures from entry-level to family-sized homes, leaving a lasting positive legacy
The development created in partnership with Peabody is a vibrant canal-side community set in the heart of Hackney Wick, offering a stylish and contemporary collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. A selection of the new homes also benefit from beautiful canal-side views.
Fish Island Village also provides the community with innovative workspaces managed by social enterprise The Trampery, in addition to commercial space, a resident’s gym and modern courtyards.
