Hill brings home the trophy for fourth consecutive year at the Cambridge News Property Awards!
We are delighted to announce that we were awarded two accolades at the annual Cambridge News Property Awards – Developer of the Year and Large Development of the Year for Athena!
The first award, Developer of the Year, is an incredible achievement for team Hill. This is the fourth year running that we have been given this prestigious title, and follows on from a successful year after being named as Large Housebuilder of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards 2018, and Gold for Best Medium Housebuilder at the WhatHouse? Awards 2018. The Developer of the Year accolade looked for developers who pioneered new techniques, contributed to landmark projects or helped to regenerate areas, and we are delighted that our achievements across the year contributed to the award.
Athena, our collection of apartments and houses in Eddington, was also named as the Large Development of the Year. The new homes at Athena range from studio apartments to five bedroom properties, and place well-being of residents, sustainability and ecology at the centre of their design.
