Hill climbs to top 20% on Sunday Times Top Track 250!
We are delighted to announce that we have climbed to 47th place on The Sunday Times Top Track 250 league table – up four places from 2016.
The list tracks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies by sales, and this year the companies ranking on the Thornton Top Track 250 have achieved the highest profits in the league table’s 13-year history.
The league table is also the sister publication of the Profit Track 100, on which Hill are ranked 92nd.
Our work building both private sale and affordable homes, in addition to carrying out estate regenerations and refurbishment projects has cemented our position in the top 20% of the Britain’s leading private mid-market growth companies.
Hill proudly reported a net turnover of £367m for our 2016 annual results, which made us the third largest private housebuilder in the UK, and as part of our 2020 strategy we intend to grow turnover to £850m, with profits approaching £100m.
