Hill is crowned Housebuilder of the Year at the 2020 WhatHouse? Awards!
We are extremely proud to share that we were named Housebuilder of the Year at the 2020 WhatHouse? Awards.
Known as the Oscars of the Housebuilding industry, the WhatHouse? Awards commend the best of the best, and we are delighted to be able to say this is the second time we have been given the prestigious Housebuilder of the Year title, with our first in 2015.
The awards, presented digitally by Romesh Ranganathan, celebrated the perseverance and hard work of the housebuilding industry across the year.
Hill continues to build, to partner and to impress with panache and passion across a myriad of locations and house types. Hills commitment to product and people is unswerving and laser-focused, eye never off the ball, learning from the past, building in the present, planning for the future.
Winning Housebuilder of the Year at the WhatHouse? awards is an incredible achievement and huge credit must go to Team Hill and our dedicated supply chain, all of whom have worked incredibly hard this year, despite the many challenges. I am brimming with pride to receive this coveted award and want to thank everyone who has played a part in our success
In addition to this fantastic achievement, we also win four more accolades, including:
- Gold – Best Medium Housebuilder
- Gold – Best Development, for Mosaics in Oxford
- Silver – Best Regeneration, for Fish Island Village in Hackney Wick
- Silver – Best Partnership, for our joint venture with Peabody at Motion in Leyton
Congratulations to all of Team Hill, our partners, clients and contractors for this well-deserved achievement – without their hard work, being named Housebuilder of the Year in such an extraordinary year would not have been possible.
