We are extremely proud to announce that we have achieved planning approval for 106 new homes at the North West Cambridge Development, a site developed by the University of Cambridge!

North West Cambridge is one of the largest residential developments in Cambridge and will see the creation of 3,000 homes with a new primary school sponsored by the University, doctor’s surgery and supermarket, alongside university research buildings and student accommodation.

This development parcel will also include 416m2 of commercial space. Work is anticipated to start on site in April 2018.

Our first phase at the North West Cambridge Development, Athena, is currently under development and will provide 240 new homes, all built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5. The new neighbourhood will comprise of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses, with the first phase of homes launching for sale in September 2017.

We are delighted to have been awarded planning approval for our latest phase of market housing at North West Cambridge. Lot M3 will bring a welcome addition of contemporary new apartments and commercial space to the new urban extension of the city.
