Hill sponsors Constructionline’s showcase Meet The Buyer event!
We are proud to be once again sponsoring Constructionline for their showcase Meet The Buyer event on the 18th October. Held at Twickenham Rugby Stadium, this will be the biggest Meet The Buyer event in the UK, with a range of clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers attending.
Our commitment to having collaborative, open relationships with local workforces and SME’s allows us to continue to create outstanding developments across London and the South East. We actively use Constructionline to ensure that we consistently meet our goals and constantly improve our supply chain, and the Meet the Buyer event is a great opportunity to speak with like-minded companies who put quality build and respect for the environment at the top of their priorities.
With Hill being one of the UK’s top 15 housebuilders and WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the year, our growing company will be looking to network with subcontractors and those within the supply chain to serve our diverse range and size of projects – from large scale urban extensions to bespoke luxury housing.
Our upcoming developments in London and across the South East all call for highly skilled workers – Lea Bridge Road in Leyton for example is a mixed-use development that will provide 300 new homes next to a recently opened train station along with providing commercial and leisure facilities. Another of our developments which has just started on site, Athena, will work in partnership with the University of Cambridge to deliver the first 240 private sale homes on the wider North West Cambridge development. Within our Western region, Barton Park has also recently started enabling works on site. This development will create 237 homes, 40% of which being affordable, as a part of a partnership between Hill, Grosvenor and Oxford City Council.
The Meet The Buyer event is free for Constructionline members. VIP tickets are also available, and provide access to a speaker conference, business suite and industry workshops. Beginning at 8.30am and ending at around 2.30pm, Hill will be on site all day, so feel free to visit the team at the Hill stand during the event!
