It’s a triple success for Hill at the Cambridge News Property Awards!
We were delighted to end the year with three award wins at the Cambridge News Property Awards!
Held in Cambridge’s Ely Cathedral, the event celebrated the best in Cambridge’s property industry, highlighting great practice, great professionals and great developments.
Our first win of the evening was the Environmental Award, given to our Virido development. The collection of 208 apartments, duplex apartments and townhouses based in Great Kneighton has been designed with energy-efficient, eco-friendly homes for a sustainable lifestyle. It was awarded this accolade for its commitment to creating quality housing at code 5.
The second win of the evening was awarded to our flagship development Ninewells for the Large Development of the Year. The development, made up of 270 contemporary new homes, was commended for its exceptional attention to detail and innovative approach. It was also recently awarded Gold for the Best Development at the WhatHouse? Awards. Located on the southern fringe of Cambridge, this collection of new homes incorporates its surrounding nature into the design, and provides a mix of apartments and houses.
Finally, we were awarded the biggest accolade of the evening – Developer of the Year! This is our second consecutive win of the award, and we are extremely proud that our continued hard work across the region has been recognised for another year.
We also sponsored the Rising Star of the Year award, which was handed to Max Bell at Whatley Lane, who attributes his success to his extensive local knowledge.
