Record breaking year for Hill
We are delighted to report that 2014 was a record breaking year for the company and 2015 is already shaping up to be just as successful.
In 2014, we built more than 1,150 homes, increased our turnover by 29% and took on more trainees than ever before. We were also awarded Medium Housebuilder of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards and we received a five star rating for customer satisfaction from the House Builders Federation.
But we are not the type of company to rest on our laurels! We already have 1,635 new homes in the pipeline and this year we are starting work on some very exciting, ground-breaking schemes, such as Virido our joint venture with Cambridge City Council.
We are also working with Cambridge University to build the first phase of their landmark North West Cambridge development and we have a number of schemes launching in London, such as Base 17 in Elephant and Castle.
