Sycamore Gardens gets green light for newest phase of homes!
We are pleased to announce that we have received planning permission for the second phase of homes at Sycamore Gardens in Epsom.
88 new homes will be created adjacent to our existing Sycamore Gardens development, which has already provided the area with 91 beautiful new homes. Following the success of the first phase, these new homes will be delivered in a joint venture with Latimer Homes, part of Clarion Housing Group.
The latest phase of the development will consist of two and three bedroom houses, and one and two bedroom apartments, with 18 of the new homes provided for affordable rent and shared ownership.
