Group HR Advisor, reporting to the Group Head of HR

About the role

Following our growth and success, you will join our Human Resources team, providing operational support, with a focus on Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures.  

You will support new initiatives to meet business needs, deliver policies and procedures in line with current employment law, and have the ability to build effective relationships with employees and line managers at all levels of the business.   

As Group HR Advisor, you will be proactive with the ability to work under your own autonomy, support the design and delivery of both the Group Equity, Diversity and Inclusion plan and the Wellbeing Strategy, as well as help with the implementation of new HR systems/software.

About you 

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, work well within a team and have experience with HRIS. 

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for improving processes, challenging the status quo, and providing insight and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communication.  

You will be driven and willing to learn new skills with a high level of attention to detail and have previously worked in a fast-paced customer-centric HR team.
